In a pressure cooker add dal and wash and Clean properly. Add water as required
Now chop brinjal, tomato, radish and onion. Add to pressure cooker.
Then add salt, haldi, red chili powder and close lid bad cook for 2 whistles. let it open it naturally
Now heat oil in a Kadai. Add red chili and add 1 pinch.
Then add fenugreek, cumin and mustard and let it crackle. Then add curry leaves and saute
Now add boiled dal and smaber powder and lemon juice and let it boil
Also season it as per your taste
Now dalia upma..
Heat water and add little salt. When it boiled add dalia and switch off the gas and cover it
Now heat oil in a Kadai. Add mustard, cumin and curry leaves and saute.
Now add Chana dal- and peanut and saute
Add chopped onion and veggies. Also add salt, half, red chili and cover and cook.
When veggies are done and dalia and mix
Cover and cook for 4 to 6 mins..
Serve hot with samber
